The Consultant agrees that with respect to all copyrightable supplies which were not initially developed, programmed, or intended with the Consultant but had been included into Services carried out and shipped to the Company in reference to this Agreement, the Consultant shall grant a royalty-no cost, non-distinctive, and irrevocable license https://www.hostscheap.com/it-consultant-service
